梦蝶：李爽个展

　　“梦蝶—李爽个展”是著名旅法艺术家李爽2006年以来在北京的第一个个展。本次展览集中展示了李爽最近两年来最新的创作，参展作品除延续她一贯的风格之外，画面中更是增加了全新的形象——蝴蝶，这是艺术家本人在研读《庄子》并尝试体会“梦为蝴蝶”后得到的灵感。

　　佛陀头像和属于庄周的蝴蝶在画面里的有机结合，展示着艺术家的精神世界日臻纯净美好。这是李爽经历了人生的起起伏伏，终于领悟到的艺术的本真的最终呈现。如果说以往李爽的作品带给我们的是内心的净化和安宁，那么本次展览则将带领观者共同感受升华到精神化境的自由与逍遥。这是一次全新的体验，不同时空，不同世界，将在李爽的作品中形成一个追求美好人性和精神世界的交集，穿透画面，直达心扉。

　　“The Butterfly Dream”- Li Shuang solo exhibition
　　
　　《The Butterfly dream - Li Shuang solo exhibition》is famous artist Li Shuang, who’s living in France, first solo exhibition in Beijing since 2006. This exhibition is centered on Li Shuang’s work of the last two years, and the paintings, apart from following her habitual trend, include this time a special feature - butterflies, an inspiration that came to her from reading and experiencing Zhuangzi’s 《Butterfly dream. 》

　　The merging of Buddha faces and Zhuangzi’s butterflies in Li Shuang’s paintings shows the artist spiritual world of purity and beauty. After experiencing life’s ups and downs, Li Shuang has eventually grasped the final aspect of true art. If it can be said that Li Shuang’s previous works brought us purity of the heart and serenity, the paintings in this exhibition distillate a lofty sense among the viewers of spiritual freedom and detachment. This is a whole new experience, it is another timeframe, another world altogether, which, in Li Shuang’s work, it merges the emotions of the pursuit of beauty and spirituality, and which, across the canvas, reaches right to our hearts.
　　
　　On 27 March 2010, let’s come to Dialogue Space and follow Li Shuang, and feel the spiritual freedom and quietness that she and her works bring us in the hustle and bustle of the city.
