　　郭颢试图通过装置“无信”这个涉及雕塑和媒体的作品在艺术家和公众之间建立某种意想不到的协同交互作用；通过邀请，分享和贡献出展览空间给包括艺术团体家作坊，批评家杜曦云，艺术家Alessandro Rolandi和很多朋友们一起使其成为一个临时的共同体去试验一种人们在中国当代社会中关系的可能。题为“无信”意思是缺乏信息，信仰，信誉，信任，信念和信心。它反映了过去20年的快速经济扩张中的持续社会和政治现实对的很多中国年轻人梦想的不断限制、孤立和隔离。艺术家通过混合生物，变形的人物，视错觉和对普通对象的再设置与聚集去思考状态不断紧张的中国社会与政治的官方表象和信息的假面背后的现实。这个艺术尝试可以说是种祈祷, 押赌一种更好的配置，一种更新彼此关系的手段，从而继续或重新。
　　
　　郭颢2000毕业于首都师范大学美术系后赴澳大利亚墨尔本留学，2009年获得维多利亚艺术学院美学硕士学位。期间他的作品在很多个展和群展中呈现，其中包括墨尔本WestSpace，澳大利亚当代艺术中心，新西兰的俄罗斯霜民画廊，新加坡P10画廊，法国德·贝勒维尔 双年展，纽约AC Institute等等。他是Wallara旅行奖学金和墨尔本国际研究奖学金还有维多利亚艺术学院之骄傲奖项2003，2004，2006年的获得者。
　　
　　In Guo Hao’s new installation Unbelief independent but related sculptural and media works offer the possibility of the unexpected synergetic exchange between artist and public; the exhibition room as site for a temporary community. He has invited contributions from Homeshop art space, Du Xiyun, Alessandro Rolandi, and other artist friends to create a forum to examination the shared experiences of contemporary Chinese society. The show’s Chinese title, 无信 (Wu Xin), translates roughly to unbelief, but also refers to a lack of credibility, trust, confidence, faith, and hope. All these terms reflect the growing isolation of many young Chinese as the dream of fulfillment offered through the past twenty years of rapid economic expansion are challenged by the reality of continuing social and political limitations. Hybrid animals, re-shaped human figures, optical illusion, and odd juxtapositions of common objects are drawn together to consider the unending tension between China’s social/political veneer and the reality behind its official images and statements. Ultimately the show is a hopefully gesture, a gamble on the possibility to reconfigure our relations to each other, and a means to begin anew.
　　
　　After graduating from Art Department of Capital Normal University Beijing in 2000, Guo Hao moved to Melbourne, Australia, where he continued his work and studies receiving a MFA from the Victorian College of the Arts in 2009. He has presented his work at the WestSpace (Melbourne), the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art, the Russian Frost Farmers Gallery (New Zealand), P10 Gallery in Singapore, the Biennale de Belleville (France), and the AC Institute NY, along many other group and solo exhibitions. He is a recipient of the Wallara Travelling Scholarship, the Melbourne International Research Scholarship and Proud VCA Award in 2003, 2004 and 2006.
